Synth Explorer: CR-78 is Loopmasters’ dedicated homage to classic Electronic instruments from the past, focusing this time on the Roland CompuRhythm CR-78 drum machine. In this pack you’ll find a staggering collection of 1,991 individual loops recorded in crystal-clear 24-Bit Quality, featuring the rich analogue warmth only possible from vintage gear. All the main preset patterns have been painstakingly recorded including variations, percussion and fills, ideal for electronic music or any genre in need of some retro vintage charm.

The CR-78 was originally designed to be an accompaniment for Electronic organs, and comes with a number of preset fills with A/B variations for each style. It features 14 analogue drum sounds with a bass drum, snare drum, rim shot, hi-hat, cymbal, maracas, claves, cowbell, cymbals, bongos, congas and guiro.

‘Synth Explorer: CR-78’ features one of the earliest drum machines to allow users to program and store their own patterns in addition to the Rock, Disco, Waltz, Bossa Nova, Rhumba, Shuffle, Swing, Foxtrot, Tango, Boogie and more. ‘Synth Explorer: CR-78’ comes at tempos from 80-120 BPM, making it ideal for Synthwave, Electronica, Hip Hop, House, Downbeat and Ambient genres.
